Having established the benefits you stand to enjoy from loving your job, here are some things you can do to make it happen.

This results in constantly feeling like you don’t measure up. The best way to address these feelings is by constantly learning. Look for some free courses online that will help create a new interest in your field.
There are several great free resources on the internet, so finances should not be your excuse.
The second thing you can do to fall in love with your job is to have your ‘why’. What do I mean by this?
Why are you doing this job in the first place? Is it for yourself? For your family? To fund your masters? To improve your life? To fund your business?
You must have your why. This is going to motivate you on days when you are coming down hard on your job and feel like you don’t have the strength to go on.
Remembering that you are only a few thousand dollars away from your dream will give you the extra boost you need to get up and go at it another day.
The third thing you can do to fall in love with your job is to create a timeframe for yourself. This could be a timeframe to get promoted or a timeframe for you to leave and go do your own thing.
Either way, a timeframe will keep you motivated because you know you only have to do it for a limited about of time, then move on to something else.
This timeframe will also allow you to make the most of the opportunity while you have it. This will make each day exciting, fun, and meaningful.
The fourth thing you can do to fall in love with your job is to set healthy boundaries. As with any relationship, boundaries are important to keep the relationship healthy, and your job is no exception.
You need to make sure that you establish a healthy life-work balance so that you don’t feel like your whole life is dominated by your work.
Even the most dedicated employee would be burnt out from such a setup, take it from me.
